What does it mean to embody lucidity?

Embodying lucidity is embodying clairvoyance which is the ability to perceive matters beyond the range of ordinary perception.

To embody lucidity one must maintain a clearness, a transcendence of thought - of mannerisms - of reactions.

A lucid soul is one that is clear minded. One that is free of the social stigma restraints. One who is free from self imposed restrictions based off of outside influences. One whose psychiatry continuously shines and glows luminously throughout times of darkness and light.

A lucid soul is a luminous - placid - exuberant - transcendent being that is open to giving and receiving the abundance of love light and beauty that is.

My favorite days consist of eating watermelon and basking in the hot sun reflecting, breathing, and stretching while connecting to the oneness that is.

Barefoot hikes, mountain biking, ecstatic dance, sitting in circle, live music and unplanned adventures rock my world! Plants are life. Deep connections with soul sisters and brothers along with starry warm nights are a necessity.

I have received formal training in Ayurvedic Esthiology, Holistic Skin Care, Advanced Skin Care Techniques,

Reiki, and Human Anatomy.

I am currently enrolled in a year long program with Kairos Healers Academy which is a magical

trade school for the healing and intuitive arts.

Following multiple major health - reality checks I found myself in poor health and knew I had to do whatever it took to heal not only physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as a whole. After going down many rabbit holes of awakening, for over 10 years now I’ve done extensive research on diet, synthetic products, prescription drugs, and the effects from ingestion/exposure on the body, mind, and spirit.

I’ve also been studying shadow work, breathwork, mother/sister/witch wounds, Qigong, Taoist Yoga and Sexual Energy(Sexual Kung FU).
